Refund & Return Policy

At Pro-Proxy TCG, we want you to be satisfied with your new proxies. Because we ship directly from our international manufacturing partners to keep prices low, we have a specific protocol for returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Returns (The Process)

Because we utilize international dropshipping, we do not require you to mail items back to the manufacturer in China, as the shipping costs often exceed the value of the cards.

Instead, we offer a "Resolution Guarantee":

  • If your cards arrive damaged, misprinted, or are the wrong items entirely, please send a photo of the cards and the shipping label to support@proproxytcg.com.

  • Once verified, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for the following:

  • Change of Mind: Since these are specific artistic prints, we do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want them.

  • Tournament Legality: As stated in our Terms, our cards are proxies. We do not refund orders because a card was not allowed in an official sanctioned tournament.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Minor Variations: Small differences in color saturation or "feel" compared to official cards are expected with proxies and do not qualify as "damaged."

4. Lost Packages

If your tracking information hasn't updated in 45 days, we consider the package lost. In this case, we will ship a replacement order to you immediately at no extra cost, or provide a full refund of the $4.95 shipping fee and product cost.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
